Act as a frontline manager to identify potential producers and train and develop these agents towards higher productivity.
Plan, formulate and execute business and marketing strategies to meet productivity goals.
Recruit, train and develop a team of general insurance agents.
Build and maintain good customer relations.
Recognize and plan for effective risk management.
Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets and promoting products and services.
Tertiary education with minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management experience, preferably in insurance industry.
A self with positive self image and results oriented.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Those with experience in training sales teams are encouraged to apply.
