• Act as a frontline manager to identify potential producers and train and develop these agents towards higher productivity.

• Plan, formulate and execute business and marketing strategies to meet productivity goals.

• Recruit, train and develop a team of general insurance agents.

• Build and maintain good customer relations.

• Recognize and plan for effective risk management.

• Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets and promoting products and services.

Requirements

• Tertiary education with minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management experience, preferably in insurance industry.

• A self with positive self image and results oriented.

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Those with experience in training sales teams are encouraged to apply.

• Possess own transport.
