    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    What you will do:

    The conceptual developments of creative and effective editorial content are key to maintain the brand image of the product in all its various platforms. This position requires the incumbent to have an in-depth knowledge of editorial and digital business and must be able to utilize the group resources to maximize viewership and revenue.

  • To oversee the daily operations of the editorial, creative and production.
  • To identify, develop and implement business strategies to achieve the agreed revenue and market share for the magazine
    • To ensure that the overall quality of the magazine remain attractive to readers.
  • To ensure that the overall timeline of production of the magazine.
  • To explore and consistently contribute to new ideas to the improvement of the magazine.
  • As a head of section he to provide leadership and coaching to his subordinates.
  • To assist the Head of Content in any new project development.

    • REQUIREMENTS:

    Who you are:

  • Degree in related discipline with experience in publications industry with background in either marketing or editorial in the media industry.
  • Min. 5 years at managerial capacity.
  • Good knowledge of readers' behaviour.
  • Good knowledge of print publishing processes.
  • Exposure and hands on experience in e-mag, social media, etc.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to see issues in broad perspective.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Capability to think strategically.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
