    Opening Customer Service position for Native Japanese

    Support relocation

    Job Title:

    Customer Servicefor one of the leading MNC in the world

    Location:

    KL Sentral, Malaysia

    Hours:

    8am- 8pm (any 9hours) Rotational shift

    Salary:

    RM8,000 - RM8,500

    Requirement: Associate Degree required or above education

    Good Spoken /Written English skills (B1 level)

    6 month of related experience - Customer Service

    For Support Language - Native Speaker preferred i.e., educated or lived (not necessarily born)

    For English Language - Minimum English is required, Business English preferred

    Good with keyboard skills (passed a standard Keyboard test)

    Analytical skills to make good decisions based on a set of input factors.

    Self-motivated individual to do repetitive tasks

    Process/product knowledge or the willingness/enthusiasm to learn about it

    Willingness to stretch to meet and exceed targets

    Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

    Empathetic & enthusiastic personality

    Flexible. Willing to adapt fast phase working environment

    Distinct capacity for teamwork and self-initiative

    Willing to work on public holidays

    Customer service oriented

    Passed Technical Assessment
