- Business segments covered: PFS (non-individual) & Business Banking* / Wholesale Banking* segments covering conventional and Islamic cases.
- Handling and processing documentation for various types of conventional loan / Islamic financing facilities.
- Ensuring completion of documentation and full compliance of conditions precedent / pre-disbursement terms and conditions prior to signing off disbursement for / making available loan / financing facilities.
- Performing accurate, complete and timely data input / maintenance into the relevant systems.
- Attending to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation related issues.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. data cleansing exercises, special projects, UATs, regression testings, etc.
- Span of Control of the job (from the financial and non-financial aspect ie number of direct reports & indirect report)
- A recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 – 4 years' relevant experience in banking environment, especially in wholesale conventional loan / Islamic financing documentation
- Preferably with experience in handling documentation for wholesale conventional loan & Islamic financing
