Brief Description:

Assist with planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of the strategy and framework of the Global Tech Hub's technology clusters initiatives, specifically on Collaboration Campus, Soft-Landing Zone initiatives and other special projects assigned under Clusters Development department.

Key roles/responsibility:

• To perform overall execution for Collaboration Campus and Soft-Landing Zone programme which includes planning, monitoring, reporting as well as engagement and relationship building with technology companies/start-ups, ecosystem partners and relevant stakeholders.
• To engage, build and manage relationships with industry partners and stakeholders which include investment promotion agencies, government agencies, technology companies/start-ups for the execution of the Collaboration Campus and Soft-Landing Zone programme.
• To develop reports and proposal slides based on research for market insights, industry trends, and benchmarking activities, relating to technology clusters development activities.
• To assist in planning, engagement, and implementation of programmes, projects and initiatives for Global Tech Hub's technology clusters focus areas.
• To assist in administration, and coordination to prepare reporting, budget utilisation, partners database updating, and any other reports required from the department for the company.
• To assist in coordinating the department's planning and execution of new and existing initiatives where required.
• Undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the company.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/IT.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT, business development, sales and marketing industry or other relevant technology industries.
• Knowledge and experience in stakeholder relations, project management, programme and event coordination relating to technology investment and incentive ecosystem would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
