    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Conduct in-house training programs on Human Resource Management System and New joiners.
    • Analyzing learning needs and formulating strategies.
    • Design curriculum, develop training material and executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment.
    • Analyzing and review training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted.
    • Handle full spectrum of training administration and liaison with internal and external training partners/customers.
    • Maintaining training facilities and equipment.
    • Conduct enhancement training to clients.
    • Perform User Acceptance Test from user's perspective.
    • Other duties and project as assigned.

    Ideal Profile

    Job Requirements:

    • Strong background and expertise as an HR generalist while also having in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR specialties (e.g. compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law, HR systems).
    • Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment, IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions, strong communication & interpersonal skills, have passion for people development with a flair for training.
    • Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude, strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
