- Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process
- To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process
- Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
- To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team
- To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty
- Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material
- Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process
- 60% payroll, 40% C&B
- To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Able to commence to work immediately
- Possess own transportation
- Preferable Chinese speaking candidate (to process payroll for China)
