    Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process
  • To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process
  • Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
  • To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team
  • To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty
  • Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material
  • Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process
  • 60% payroll, 40% C&B
  • To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Able to commence to work immediately
  • Possess own transportation
  • Preferable Chinese speaking candidate (to process payroll for China)
