- Ensure that the school meets or exceeds all licensing requirements and maintains a high level of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of teachers, administrative staff, and support staff to ensure that the center is fully staffed and that all staff members are providing high-quality care and education to the children.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families to ensure high levels of parent satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community and local businesses to increase enrolment and promote the center.
- Manage the center's budget to ensure that financial goals are met.
- Ensure that the center is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends, and incorporate new ideas into the branch as appropriate
- Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on the center's performance, including financial performance, parent satisfaction, and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a preschool or infant care center or any top management position in cooperate company.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with parents, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for preschool and infant care centers.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage a budget and achieve financial goals.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
