    Company Overview

    A well-established Japan Group that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They are looking to bring on board an excellent Senior Finance Manager to their team in Shah Alam.

    Job description:

    • Resources planning, risk management and formulate /enforce continuous improvement on financial and operations internal controls, policies and procedures.
    • Review monthly reporting for Finance department.
    • Tax planning and company tax related matter.
    • Corporate matter, monitor and update business group insurance requirements.
    • Daily cashflow management and banking related matter.
    • Set pricing guideline to sales team.
    • Control and approve selling price request from sales team.
    • Simulate and monitor product cost for existing and new products.
    • In charge of Group Business Plan, Annual Budget, forecasting, cost control.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal group requirements.
    • Coordinate Corporate Exercise and ad-hoc project from time to time
    • Oversee finance matters for overseas subsidiaries / operations
    • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationship with investors, senior management, bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax related bodies
    • Other jobs that assigned by Superior or Management

    Requirement to succeed

    • Candidates must possess professional qualification in Accounting and registered with MIA
    • Minimum 7 years experience in treasury, corporate planning, accounting and finance functions with at least 5 years in a position
    • Experience in investor relations and pre-IPO / listing
    • PC literate
    • Good analytical and judgement skills, organized and meticulous
    • Possess management and leadership skills
    • Able to handle people from different levels with good presentation skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge in current accounting principles, guidelines and accounting software
