    Job Descriptions :

    • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Continuously identify new opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Demonstrate a relentless drive to win and a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve sales goals.
    • To manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits and using face to face contact to provide a personalized service.
    • To build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
    • To prepare weekly updates on pipelines and target achievements, review of opportunities and business plans.
    • To provide regular updates and resolution on business challenges, customer satisfaction and account receivables.
    • To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration while ensuring that high quality of service is delivered.
    • To implement and execute sales activities to achieve target budgets and maximize growth within the existing customer base.

    Job Requirement :-

    • Bachelorâs degree in any relevant discipline.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in Sales field.
    • Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred.
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty.
