Open Position: Junior Service Delivery Manager, SAP (IT MNC Service Provider)

An IT MNC Service Provider is currently looking for Junior Service Delivery Manager, SAP to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds a Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology and etc
  
• More than 5 years of working experience with experience working as Service Delivery Manager for SAP modules
  
• Work closely with the team to define and follow up Service Level Agreements (SLA) with respect to the requirements of the business
  
• Manage the monthly releases of the SAP applications and ensure projects go live without disturbing the service of the applications
  
• Ensure the operations and incident management performance meets the SLAs and OLAs
  
• Familiar with business criteria and processes of handover of SAP rollout projects into daily operations
  
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and delivery team to deliver good quality services
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
