- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- To design and update job descriptions
- To have a deep internet research and networking skills that enable one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- To advertise job openings & source potential candidates from various online channels on career page, social media platforms, job boards (Exp: social media and professional platforms like JobStore, LinkedIn & etc)
- To craft recruiting e-mails to attract passive candidates
- To screen incoming resumes / CVs and application forms and arrange and schedule interview sessions
- Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services
- Managing social media page on behalf of company focusing on recruitment related matters and events.
- Handling and managing collaboration partners/ strategy partnership with education organisations (public & private) related to relevant TVET courses such as Beauty, Spa and Cosmetology courses. (Exp: Industrial Training Program etc)
- Updating info to other related department in regards to training classes, outlet training, and matters related to industrial training
- Involved in events related to recruitment such as career talk, career fair etc for recruitment purpose and employer branding.
- Laise with job platforms account manager for any suitable recruitment plan etc.
- Document drafting, reporting and submission of documents such as recruitment annual planning budget etc
- Others matters instructed by management and etc.
- Minimum Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
- Previous experience in Human Resource Management related to recruitment, employer branding, collaboration / strategy partnership or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, adaptability, communication, presentation, networking skills etc.
- Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
- Computer savvy is required (Exp: Microsoft / WPS office, Google Meet, Zoom, Canva Pro, etc)
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or management
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
- 5 Working Days per week (9am - 6pm)
