- Ensuring the training partner's expectation is met and maintaining high level of satisfaction.
- Maintaining good relationship with training partners by checking in regularly.
- Others tasks as assigned.
- Min. 2 years' experience handling project operations or similar roles.
- Good organization, management, and communication skills.
- Agile and able to multi-task.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Good analytical skill.
- Able to work independently.
