- Assist Prototyping Lab in all creation phases, from sample construction, and assembly to product.
- Creation of physical prototypes through Urethane Vacuum Casting, CNC Machining, Model Making & etc.
- Hands-on CNC machining from 3D CAD, CAM programming, CNC machine setup until the finished product.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot errors with mechanical equipment.
- Continuously increase knowledge of the latest technological trends in rapid prototyping and post-processing of parts.
- Increase the speed and efficiency of processes by eliminating non-value-adding steps and try to execute 'right the first time'
- Advanced in Product Design/Bachelor's degree, CNC CAD/CAM, Mechanical Engineering, Model Making or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC milling machine and Urethane Vacuum Casting experience in consumer product preferred.
- Strong familiarity and proficiency with PTC Creo 3D Parametric, Creo Parametric
- Manufacturing for CNC preferred, and other 2D/3D CAD will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently to meet targets
- Must have strong attention to detail.
