Description

Responsibilities

-Responsible for managing the team including evaluating

Training and mentoring when necessary
Responsible for assigning tasks to team members based on projects.
Ensure all necessary documentation based on the project.
Responsible for solving problems that arise based on the project.
Ensure the project runs smoothly in the right way.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all employees according to the project.
Maintain accurate records for all projects.
Supervise and monitor workers and the environment in a safe condition.
Responsible for organizing hatchery workers' work schedules from time to time according to operational requirements.
Ensure the use of project petty cash is recorded according to operational requirements.
Make any reports related to the progress of project operations from time to time to the head of the department according to operational requirements.
Perform general work / other general hatchery projects as directed by the head of department from time to time according to operational requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Monitor daily work logs (by projects or staff)
To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
Make an annual evaluation on the performance of subordinates and send a report on the work based on the project.

Requirements

-Have a bachelor's degree in aquaculture and related and equivalent.

Have a D & B2 license.
Having good communication skills and experience managing project management is an added advantage.
Wise in dealing with or monitoring human resources.
Knowing about aquaculture and related fields.
Can give instructions to employees.
Can work in a challenging environment.
Can speak and write in Malay and English.
Have a bachelor's degree in aquaculture or related field.
Have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Have a positive work attitude and can work under pressure.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
