- Propose sales promotion strategies, initiate sales action plans on the basis of the agreed targets with Sales Manager in order to align sales strategy and achieve mid and short term business objectives.
- Identify customers' needs, sales opportunities to develop and conclude profitable business in the assigned accounts.
- Monitor and control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt. To meet A/R target as per Agreed Target
- Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer' s needs and industrial trend.
- To ensure accuracy of sales forecast so as to minimize high inventory situation and avoid short supply due to inaccurate sales forecast. To provide forecast – by customer, by products to ensure production plants to have sufficient information and lead time for planning and inventory
- Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer's needs and industrial trend
- Prepare Monthly sales report on Sales revenue, A/R status, customer' s needs, issues, competitors and industrial trends.
- Carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, and identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency.
- To constantly develop new business/new customers for sales growth.
- Develop and implement individual customer oriented concepts in order to address individual customer needs and develop and maintain a steady customer.
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree. Advantage if it's in Civil Engineering. Or proven work
experience in related industry. - Preferably with 1-2 years actual technical sales experience in the waterproofing
application - Experience with Foreign Investment Company an added advantage
- Good English language skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Software applications
