Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor (Nearby MRT Kota Damansara)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on daily e-commerce fulfilment operations handling.

- Coordinating between transportation providers, warehouse, planning and sales team to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and deliveries.

- Monitor platform wise order creation, administration and shipping status.

- Ensure all order are fulfilled according to the time frame.

- Monitor 3PL vendors invoices to ensure costs are billed correctly and timely.

- Manage overall inventory related activities (consignment, adjustments, stock-take, etc.) for inventory accuracy.

- Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 year experience relevant experience in logistics operations / shipping / supply chain. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision.
• Attention to details, problem solving skills, responsible, open minded and possess a good interpersonal attitude.
• Computer literacy in Google Sheet / Microsoft Excel and knowledge and experience using SQL will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
