- Assist lawyers in legal matters which may involve review of contracts and drafting of documents
- Conducting research on applicable laws, regulations and case law
- Assist lawyers with company compliance tasks
- Support legal administration matters and general requirements of the business as and when required which may include document management and signature process
- Other learning assignments& tasks assigned from the legal team from time to time.
- Possesses a degree in law holder or awaiting CLP examination for results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Powerpoint and Excel would be an added advantage
- Accountable and committed to given task(s)
- Fluent in reading and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
- The ability to speak and/or read Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, energetic, willingness to take up new challenges and to learn in a corporate environment
