    Job Description

    WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

    • Ensure the departmental system complies with CAAM rules and regulations, and CAMO policies.
    • Verify the adequacy of the department to meet the requirements of QA department and CAAM.
    • Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the departmental procedures.
    • Ensure effective and efficient liaison with the CAAM on matters related to continuing airworthiness, interpretation of regulations, policies, procedures, and maintenance of certification data and certification checklist.
    • Ensure the departmental manual is prepared and updated as required.
    • Provide assistance to Technical Services Manager during audit conducted by the QA department and the CAAM.
    • Participate in any of the company's program which is related to airworthiness and departmental system.
    • Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from compliance monitoring and audit program findings.
    • Monitor and manage corrective and preventive actions due to an audit and ensure the implementation.
    • Liaison with vendors and OEM's.
    • Prepare and check engineering documents for modification and repair.
    • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the superior.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace or any relevant Engineering disciplines from recognized institutions.
    • Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience on Airbus aircraft.

    TRAITS & MERITS:

    • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
    • Willingness to work ad hoc or at flexible timing to attend to aircraft defects and operational issues.
    • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a dynamic aviation environment.

    ADVANTAGE TO CANDIDATES WITH:

    • Knowledge of Aircraft Avionics, Cabin Interiors, Aircraft Systems & MEL.
    • Knowledge of CAAM regulations.
    • And be able to work immediately.
