- Update our social media pages with compelling company news
- Coordinate with teams to create advertising posts
- Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and mission
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
- Design posts to sustain readersâ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Report on online reviews and feedback from followers
- Oversee social media accountsâ layout
- Minimum Diploma in Media/Communication/Marketing/Advertising or any related field
- Proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Proficiency in writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Multitasking, independent and able to work long hours when required.
