    FWD Technology and Innovation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., known as FWD TIM, was set up in late 2019 and is part of the FWD Group. FWD TIM in Malaysia is one of the FWD Group's office locations serving multiple markets within FWD Group and employing team members in various functions including Group Digital & Data, Digital Innovation, the IT Hub and our Centre of Excellence comprising Actuarial, Finance and Product Proposition functions.

    Purpose

  • To manage and deliver TIM ProgramandProjectontimeand meet business objectives.
  • Steer and supervise different workstreamswithvariousplatforms to deliver project on time.
  • Work with senior management on TIM PMO direction and scope basedonstrategicneeds;Influence peers, stakeholders and leaders to make the right decision.
  • Drive technical team to deliver business values planned in the projecttogetherwithstakeholders and project sponsor.
  • Planning and management of the project including scheduling resourcesmanagementandchange controlaccordingtotheCompany's policyand guideline.
  • Proactivelyassessriskandissues; formulate mitigation plans and timely report to management.
  • Host regular meetings with stakeholders including management,peersandvendors.
  • Work Flexible working hours for migrationweekendorafter-hours support.

  • Key accountabilities

  • Evaluate,respondto,andmanage Project and program implementation in agile practice.
  • Manage the project budget, cost managementaccordingtointernal business management rules.
  • Monitor and control execution of projectsthoughPlan,BuildandRun processes.
  • Perform project and program reporting(e.g.performance,status) and deliver and socialize project completion documentations.
  • Conductprojectevaluations,and share the results with Service Owners and Group Infra Lead.
  • Liaise and communicate with various global and regional stakeholdersincludingBusiness,IT, Operations, etc.
  • Identify potential project risks and definetherightmitigationstrategy.
  • Workwithseniormanagementon communications,projectupdates, and escalation.
  • Keyperformanceindicators

  • Support to roll out infrastructure Security,cloudandnon-ITprojects in all FWD markets.
  • RolloutandmanageTIMassigned projects and programs in all FWD markets.
  • Manage variety Department programs and support existing BusinessUnitsinaccordanceto project or program plans and budget.
  • Leadership and drive multiple technicalandnon-technicalteam, implementing the project and programs.

  • Qualifications/ experience

  • Bachelor degree required, preferablyinComputerScienceor Information Systems.
  • Professionalqualificationinproject managementisrequired(e.g.PMP, PgMP)andAgile(AgileSAFe,Scrum master)
  • Atleast8yearsofexperiencein hands-on project and program management experience.
  • Atleast3yearsinAgileexperience.
  • Experienceworkingwithregional and global teams.
  • Extensiveprojectmanagement skills in planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, stakeholdermanagement,etc.
  • Understanding of various technologyplatformsacross Desktop, Systems, Servers, Data Center, Storage, etc
  • Banking/Insurance experience is preferred.
  • Strong in Non-IT project and program management (eg. HR, Finance,and Share Service) experience is preferred.
  • Preferred working experience in Centre Of Excellent model.
  • At least 2 years of PMO Management is a Must
