- Responsible for maintaining existing customers relationship and further developing business opportunity
- Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts
- Deal with forwarder for quotation and documentation and ensure smooth delivery to overseas customers
- Negotiate sales terms and achieving sales targets set by the company
- Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend
- Responsible for overseas customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, products, samples, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments
- Study new markets in the targeted countries
- Explore and research on any government grant for export fair
- Research and propose suitable local or international fair for the company to take part
- Responsible for all overseas fairs the company takes part
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG international sales
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English & Malay.
- Possess own transport and able to travel oversea
- Great communication skills
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft application
- Demonstrate strong sales analytical skill and marketing skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales a proven ability to work independently
- Up to MYR 10,000 + Incentive + Claims
