- Strategies and implement marketing initiatives tailored to diverse property ventures encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use undertakings.
- Manage the conceptualisation and creation process of print collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and signs, aimed at bolstering property sales endeavours.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of property launch events, open houses, and exhibitions aimed at broadening the exposure of the company's projects to a wider audience.
- Manage company's social media presence on various platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and share relevant content to build a strong online community.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach potential buyers.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Diploma/ degree holder in marketing/ communication or similar qualification
- 2 years of working experience in property industry or similar exposure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transportation& willing to travel
