    • Greet and engage customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
    • Perform facial treatment services according to standards set by the company, training provided.
    • Assess customers skincare needs and concerns through effective communication and active listening.
    • Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product selection, and usage.
    • Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, product ingredients, and industry developments.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various skincare items.
    • Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferences.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Keep the store shelves organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge continuously and customer service skills.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
    • Participate in promotional events and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Maintain a neat and professional appearance as per the stores dress code


    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or skincare is a plus.
    • Good hands-on technical skills
    • Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the skincare, beauty, or retail industry.
    • Passion for skincare and a deep understanding of various skin types, concerns, and product ingredients.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
    • Strong active listening skills to identify customers needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the stores schedule.
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare trends, beauty influencers, and product launches.
    • Excellent organizational skills to keep track of inventory, orders, and customer interactions.
    • Multilingual skills may be an advantage, depending on the local customer demographic.
    • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in handling confidential customer information.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy boxes (up to 25 pounds).
