    About the Department

    The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

    Personal Financial Services

    We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day product management for all retail payments services including RPP, SAN, JomPAY, GIRO, Direct Debit and internal transfers
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders including business stakeholders, O&T, GCT as well as PayNet to ensure ongoing/upcoming payments initiatives are rolled out timely
  • Key business contact point to conduct all internal and PayNet testing for ongoing/upcoming initiatives and oversee all project requirements and approvals prior to project rollout.
  • Work with Operations and Technology to ensure payment services platforms are running smoothly including monthly sanity on retail payments services
  • Participate in working group meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders to revert on surveys and Impact Assessments related to retail payment services.
  • Work with PayNet, Regulators, as well as Regional stakeholders to ensure compliance to all payments-related reporting requirements where applicable
  • Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Functional experience in product development, analytics, or payments related background
