    Job Summary
    Group HR Analytics and Technologies plays a key role in setting the strategic vision and roadmap of the HR analytics and systems landscape for DKSH Group.

    This team will partner across global and local HR teams, IT, and various other stakeholders to ensure the HR analytics' and systems' growth, support and scalability are addressed; while enhancing the employee/manager experience. At the same time, spearheading change and transformation through global initiatives.

    There is strong emphasis on working with group and local leadership teams to ensure success.

    General Responsibilities
    • Strategy Development:

    Creating and implementing a strategic vision for HR analytics and technologies that align with the organization's goals and HR objectives. This involves understanding the company's needs, identifying technological solutions, and planning for future advancements.
    • Data Management and Analysis:

    Overseeing the collection, integration, and analysis of HR-related data from various sources such as HRIS, strategic HR tools (e.g. performance management, talent management), employee surveys, etc. Cross analyze HR-related data with business-related data. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights.
    • Predictive Modelling and Forecasting:

    Use predictive analytics to forecast trends in workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and other HR areas. Develop models to anticipate future HR needs based on historical and current data.
    • Reporting and Visualization:

    Creating and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate HR insights effectively to stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and senior management.
    • Strategic Decision Support:

    Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic HR decisions, such as talent acquisition strategies, training and development initiatives, compensation and benefits planning, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
    • System Implementation and Management:

    Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR solutions and systems.
    • Integration and Optimization: Ensuring seamless integration between HR and other systems. Continuously optimize and upgrade HR technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
    • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data.
    • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors or partners providing HR analytics and technologies solutions. This involves negotiating contracts, evaluating service levels, and staying updated on industry advancements.
    • Innovation and Research: Staying abreast of emerging HR technology trends and tools. Evaluating new technologies and assessing their potential benefits for the company.
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (such as IT, Finance, and Operations) to ensure alignment of HR technologies with overall company systems and goals. Collaborate with HR business partners, senior management, and other departments to understand their analytics and data needs, address concerns, and effectively communicate HR insights and recommendations.
    • Leadership and Team Management: Leading a team responsible for various aspects of HR analytics and technologies, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and excellence within the team.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, computer science, math, software engineering, statistics, data science or a related technical field
    • 15 years of HR analytics, HR tech and project management experience, leading enterprise projects, data/analytics initiatives
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and interpretation using tools like R, Python, SQL, or specialized HR analytics software. Ability to derive meaningful insights from HR data sets.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, metrics, and best practices.
    • Understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), performance management solution, and other HR technologies. Proficiency in data management, database management, and software integration.
    • Ability to lead and facilitate change within the HR department by implementing new technologies. Communication skills to manage resistance and promote adoption among employees.
    • Strong project management skills in managing system implementation projects, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder requirements.
