- Oversee the construction of a 48-megawatt data center or a large-scale semiconductor factory
- Clean room facilities and typical functions of semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale, complex projects (Data Centre, large-scale semi-conductor factory, includes clean room etc)
- Familiarity with data centre design, construction and operation is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively present information to senior management, clients, and stakeholders
- Preferably Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic engineering background
- Proven track record completed minimum 2 data centre projects
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
