Job Summary
We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding operations and ensure high-quality customer due diligence and compliance with AML/KYC requirements.The successful candidate will lead a team of Onboarding Analysts, provide day-to-day guidance and training, conduct performance reviews and foster a strong compliance culture within the team.
The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in banking or handling end-to-end onboarding of new/existing customer accounts in accordance to AML/CFT policies.
