    Job Responsibility

    • Collaborate w Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations
    • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients
    • Contact client to get requirement
    • Contact supplier to get costing
    • Plan work schedule and prepare document
    • Cooperate with designer, production team and venue management
    • Follow up project on-site

    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
    • Proven experience in event planning and coordination is added advantage
    • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Event Management or a related field.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Fresh graduates welcome.
