    Job Responsibility

    Administrative Support

    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining files and records.

    Project Coordination

    • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Maintain project timelines and track deliverables.

    Content Management

    • Assist in content creation and management, including proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    Event Coordination

    • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all materials are prepared.

    Budget Tracking

    • Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and preparing reports.
    • Ensure expenses align with approved budgets.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product management, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

    Reporting And Analysis

    • Generate reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.

    Vendor Coordination

    • Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for marketing initiatives.
