    Job Description

  • Operation IDM OSRM Material planning & cost management to meet financial target.
  • Managing daily operation raw material (OSRM) demand and supply.
  • Manage and maintain the company's consumable materials and IDM OSRM inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
  • Plan, purchase, and distribution of production cleanroom consumable & IDM OSRM.
  • Establish & maintain the monitoring system for Key OSRM in production.
  • Identify and implementing 4IR and digitalization of OSRM Planning, distribution and monitoring process.
  • Operation Major OSRM usage and weekly KPI review, unit cost compilation and monitoring, analyzing the usage, and providing solution.
  • Manage overall IDM/OSRM production storage & staging area's 6S and safety related matter
  • Supervisor to technician reporting under him/her.
  • Liaise with engineering / R&D /procurement team on all new OSRM propagation – Usage algo verification and propagation timeline.
  • Lead and drive the OSRM cost improvement project by analyzing process usage data and collaborate with process to drive the cost improvement.
  • Work with process engineering or NPI team on new OSRM introduction upon mass production
  • Material usage Algo identification & material part number for future issuance upon PECN

    • Qualifications

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business / Management / Manufacturing / Logistics Supply Chain or equivalent.

    • Additional Information

    Skill Required:

  • Proactive, assertive with good analytical skill, communication & presentation skills.
  • Computer literate, strong in Microsoft Office Application, Power BI.
  • Team player

    • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment in relation to Supply Chain management, Inventory control, Production Control or Material Planning.
  • Exposure in data analytic experience will be an added advantage.
