About the Marketing Director Role:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully oversee a substantial campaign with a budget exceeding $1 million
• Build a team from scratch or lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and BD team of around people
• Collaborate with product team, growth team, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive ROI
• Analyse key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the executive team
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers

To succeed in this Marketing Director role, it is important to have working knowledge in investment and trading platforms and strong proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and reading).

Key Requirements:

• years of proven experience in marketing, demonstrating success in client acquisition, growth and retention
• Passionate about investing, with a genuine enthusiasm for financial markets and investment opportunities is a plus
• Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and reading) as the candidate is required to work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, a team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
