Job Requirement:

• Degree or diploma in computer science information Information Technology or equivalent
• Language: English & Chinese are a must for communication and understanding.
• Min. 3 years' experience working in similar roles in project management and business analysis
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or waterfall project management techniques.
• Familiar with and well versed in Jira, Asana, and other project tracking tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

Job Description:

• Lead existing team leads and testers.
• Ensure the timeline is properly documented, tracked, and adhered to for the quarterly assessment.
• Project management means controlling the schedule, the budget, and the resources; you know this inherently and understand the fine balance between the three.
• Knowledge to help project managers prepare project documents, i.e., SRS, FSD, including wireframes, user manuals, and broad-level functional test cases.
• Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead the communication bridge between business users, UI, and development and implementation teams.
• Direct Report to Management
