- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
- Process payroll using SQL Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
- Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Checking overtime claim and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
- Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management
- At least 1-2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in SQL Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
- EPF/ SOCSO/EIS
- Allowance Provided
