Job description
We are seeking a driven and capable Junior Manager (Operations) in overseeing daily operational functions. This position is well-suited for individuals with practical operational experience in F&B, retail/mart, or manufacturing environments who are prepared to step into a leadership role and advance toward senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity
- Monitor service standards, operational efficiency, and overall team performance
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Address routine customer concerns and operational matters
- Contribute to staff training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates
- Support cost management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Operational background in F&B, retail/mart, or factory settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Motivated to develop into a senior management role
