    Primary Objective:
  • To provide support to branches on IB operations related matters;
  • To coordinate Management/Department projects/initiatives with Supervisory Branches and Central Region Sub-Branches;
  • To involve in project/initiative/enhancement in improvement of process workflow for better turnaround time, provide better services to internal and external customers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cascade IB Operations' policies, guidelines and processes are implement at branch level;
  • Coordinate and ensure implementation of initiatives/projects initiated by Group or Principal Office at Branches;
  • Compile regulatory/compliance/internal audit, remedial action and prevention control amongst IB Operations' areas and cascade to branches.
  • Coordinate/review process/system enhancement arising from regulatory/IAD requirement, initiative, findings, recommendation and etc;
  • Prepare IT Request Form, coordinate/participate in UAT and monitor and follow up on the implementation date.
  • Compile and attend to Business Unit/ Branches' feedback/ issues on operations matter;
  • To provide support to branches' operations related matters;
  • Coordinate regular meeting/training/briefing to Business Unit/Branches;
  • Assist in monitoring central sub-branches' operations, compile relevant required information;
  • Coordinate and compile information/data for management reporting;
  • Prepare proposal, communication memo, meeting minutes, etc as and when required.
  • Identify gap, prepare data/ statistic on housekeeping exercise and monitor progress status;
  • Monitor branches' progress on addressing/rectifying outstanding and areas of concerned;
  • Coordinate IE/retail onboarding client due diligence for Principal Office and Central Region Branches' application and perform verification as and when required;
  • Coordinate and attend to corporate clients' revision of term and conditions;
  • Coordinate and compile external parties'/ regulators' requests;
  • Adhoc task as assigned by superior.
  • Requirements Requirements:
    Diploma - Accounting, Banking, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications..

    Knowledge in stocking banking industry and regulatory requirements.

    Possess Ms Excel formulation skills.
