- Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate or commercial law, with experience in a technology-oriented field or e-commerce being preferred.
- Possession of legal qualifications in Malaysia or equivalent jurisdiction.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and also in a team setting.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel located in Kuala Lumpur. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the SEA Gamer Mall and its employees, including reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, managing compliance, and providing counsel in managing legal risks. They will also handle other legal matters as assigned by the company.
