Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry.

Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground.

They are currently looking for multiple roles of
Finance Controlling Analyst (statutory reporting) / Business Controller Analyst
This role is to focus on Statutory reporting & Controlling responsibitlies. He or she shall streamline process with increasing the standardization, centralization and visibility of APAC regional statutory reporting. This role also involve in local regulatory compliance task.


Responsibilities:


  • To establish Regulatory and Statutory Reporting Framework for Asia Pacific region
  • To assist in preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and working with auditors, consultants, accountants bfor timely and accurate financial close and audits
  • Ensures statutory audit tasks performed are within framework of Group Reporting Requirements and Internal Control System (ICS) of the Company
  • To coordinate and followup with auditors for timely audit progress, Group reporting and closure.
  • Supports ICF for Registrar of Companies and GEMS compliance.
  • Work with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audit
  • Participate in internal audits, detailing issues and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Fianance team for required audit documentation.
  • Coach tax specialist on preparation of local statutory reports

Main Requirements

  • Minimum 34 years of relevant working experience as External auditors would be preferred
  • Senior Auditors or Assistant Manager auditors is encouraged to Apply
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be advantageous

Experience auditing client with SAP Knowledge will be great:

  • Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
