    Position Objectives:

    1. Primary responsibilities are to provide the user acceptance testing, change management & data analysis support across multiple claims system enhancements, BAU initiatives & projects.
    2. To design the test script, test plan and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
    3. To create the process flow (SOP's), user guides & other documentation for change management
    4. To conduct data analysis on the claims volume, return on investments & UAT test data etc.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Test script preparation based on the user requirement and functional specifications document.
    • Execute the test cases within the time frame and ensure all the defects are raised on the same day.
    • Proper and timely follow up with, business user for the UAT sign off.
    • Effective change management such as ensure user guide/SOP are completed before going live.
    • To ensure effective training conducted with the relevant team /department and proper deployment / post deployment testing & support.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or experience working in insurance industry.
    • Experience on the UAT testing / claims management / insurance background would be preferred.
    • Candidate with claim experience is an added advantage.
    • Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to effectuate change at multiple levels of the organization.
