    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Business Development

  • Ensuring profitable growth in commercial compressors and Cond units
  • 360° Country sales enablement workshop to coach local sales teams on applications and product portfolio.
  • Strategic Joint Customer Visits, seminars, and webinars
  • Creating Profitable Growth strategies with short- and long-term Plans
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement with OEMs, Wholesalers & End Users across the region
  • Product & Segment Marketing

  • Market research, bottoms up data collection, creating actionable market and business plans
  • New Product launches in the region - Regional roadmap workshops
  • Preparing, Coaching Sales Teams on Value Propositions and Benchmarking studies
  • Provide constructive inputs for product portfolio reviews and roadmap strategies
  • Application & Technical Competency Development

  • Application specific strategies such as but not limited to Chillers, Heat Pumps and Comm. Ref
  • Facilitating discussion with OEMs on system design and developments
  • Identifying and bridging gaps between Compressor Division
  • Background & Skills

    The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering
  • Understanding of Compressors, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry
  • 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and/or product management
  • Solid business experience in strategy, finance, planning and leadership
  • Strong business acumen with solid negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate customers' needs into compelling product and/or service propositions
  • Effective communication and networking skills - both internal (across all relevant functions) and external (customers)
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented individual having a customer centric mindset.
  • Ambitious and has a strong drive to succeed. Self-motivated team player who WANTS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
