Project management for the development and implementation of competitive new Test Technology & Innovation projects -Execution projects according to Infineon Test Roadmap -Head of section TTI TE PJM team in Melaka, leading legally and functionally a team of around 6 PJMs -Resource planning for TTI TE PJM in MelakaIn your new role you will:

Accountable for execution of big scale projects (class C)

Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic

Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body

Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions

Uses project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes

Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions, e. g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc.

Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials

Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders

Responsible for competence development for TTI TE PJM in Melaka

Responsible for resource planning for TTI TE PJM in Melaka (including manpower and budget)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

PhD/Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure

Project Management knowledge and skill, with more than 6 years experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment

Preferably IPMA C certification

Technical knowledge and experience with Semiconductor final test, packaging, assembly, and/or all process along product life circle

Strong communication skills including fluent English

Management and facilitator skill
