• Perform Debug and Failure Analysis
• Support device analysis using SMT6, SLT (System Level Test) test platforms and diagnostic software.
• Extract, analyze, and report SMT6, SLT data as necessary.
• Provide the categorization of OSI electrical and visual failures and apply the correct failure criteria as set forth by the IPC-A-610 industry specification and Micron Global Module Assembly workmanship standard.
• Collect error log and update SIT database
• Escalate the issue to day crew.
• Support engineering evaluation
• Support Engineering
• Checkout OSI FA related Programs
• Support engineering evaluation
• Assist in Training related matters
• Identify training needs and assist in knowledge and skills sharing with the rest of technicians.
• Technicians identified as subject matter expert are to assist in training other technicians and trainers for fanout to operators.
• Enforce Quality Standards
• Understand Micron and customer quality standards.
• Identify and assess situations that may not comply with quality standards. Communicate the issue to the appropriate audience.
• Adhere to and Promote Safety
• Identify and promptly report hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers' and company guidelines.
• Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.
