    About

    As our Brand, Marketing & Communications Advisor – Digital Communications, Asia, you will be a savvy marketing communications professional who is passionate about all things digital. Reporting to the Brand, Marketing & Communications Business Partner, Asia, this role will be responsible for:

    Partnering with the local teams to develop digital marketing campaigns to promote the Asia business. Collecting and analysing data, deriving insights and optimising digital marketing strategies.
    • Developing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Establishing a year-round digital content social calendar for Asia.
    • Creating and optimising high-quality contents for social media platforms and website. It includes blog posts, project profiles, country landing pages and thought leadership etc.
    • Sourcing content to help with localising Asia on the Aurecon website, including imagery.
    • Ensure that all content is optimised for SEO, including meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and keyword usage.
    • Utilising meta-analytics and other data sources to track performance, measuring engagement and identifying areas for improvement. Providing regular reports and insights to inform future content strategies.
    • Staying abreast of the latest meta trends, algorithms, and best practices. Continuously research and experiment with new reel creation, editing techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
    • Developing a collaborative and co-creative working relationship with the Group Digital Communications team to ensure alignment with best practice and overall Digital Communications strategy.

    What are we looking for from you

    As Well As Experience In a Similar Role

    • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or related fields.
    • Relevant experience in a digital marketing, social media, and content management.
    • Familiar with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat.
    • Knowledge about social media trends and best practices. A proven track record in increasing follower growth, reach and engagement, and lead volume across social media channels is an advantage.
    • Familiar with analytics tools such as Hootsuite or similar platform, and able to provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and target audiences.
    • Critical thinking skills along with superior attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, under pressure and meet deadlines
