Finance, Accounting & Taxation:

• Responsible for the overall accounting, includes sharing good practices with the Management and managing all related transactions
• Journal entries for company accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, including deferred taxation
• Reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts to general ledger
• Develops and improve spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries in-order to keep records organized and standardized
• Prepares P & L to General Manager
• Provisional tax computation and yearly corporate tax compilations
• In charge of accounting policies thru upkeeping & monitoring of compliance
• Responsible for staff (Travel & Expenditure) claims which includes reviewing and approving the claims before reimbursements
• Be the key technical expertise to the team
• Responsible for updates on direct and indirect tax compliance by working closely with appointed tax agent and reflect in accounting records
• Manage requests/queries of auditors yearly (external)
• Manage enquiries from tax consultants

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor/ Degree holder or equivalent in accounting/finance related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Audit, Accounting, Taxation, Microsoft Office
• English Soft and Leadership Skills
• Analytical & meticulous
• Good communication skills
