The Wave Clinic is a residential program located in 43000, dedicated to teenagers and young adults, with a focus on specialist eating disorder programs and adolescent behavioural health. Our facility offers a personal and safe
space for reflection and growth, combined with a high care therapeutic environment. We provide individualized medium to long-term programs, including 12-week treatment programs, designed to support clients in all areas of their lives. Our offerings include vocational, academic, and alternative education pathways, as well as a resident psychiatric team, nursing team, and transitions house for girls with sustained recovery from eating disorders.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Weekend Lead for our residential program. As a Clinical Weekend
Lead, you wil be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical activities during the weekends. This on-site role will involve working closely with our team to ensure high-quality care and support for our clients.
Qualifications
• Relevant degree or certification in a mental health-related field
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of adolescent behavioral health and eating disorders is preferred
