- Establishing hiring requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives with managers to identify and understand hiring needs;
- Creating and ensuring job advertisements are attractive to the right talent pool;
- Establishing suitable recruitment channel to promote jobs to attract the right talent pool;
- Sourcing and screening talent pool by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements and competencies;
- Arranging interview schedule and managing the job offering process from salary proposal to final offering;
- Managing new hire on boarding and integration process from activities prior to the date of employment and also on the first day of employment;
- Actively participating in HR improvement processes; and
- Supporting in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other events related to recruitment.
- Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruitment vendors for the outsource operators and foreign workers.
- Bachelor degree in human resource / business administration;
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment and good in passive search and cold calling;
- Ability to handle conflict constructively;
- Ability to work interdisciplinary with teams as well as work with minimum supervision;
- Proactive, highly motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, flexible, creative, organized;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; and
- Proficient in English language both in writing and orally.
