- Supporting the Project Management team by ensuring an efficient cost control and billing management.
- Maintaining project tracker within the internal system.
- Take charge on Intercompany monthly invoicing on a timely manner.
- Raising Purchase Order (PO) for the assigned project.
- Responsible for invoice reconciliation.
- Monitoring invoice retention/ retained amount.
- Fundamental understanding and experience in Accounting and Finance.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong usage of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- 1 Year Contract
