    Responsibilities:

    Main Responsibilities:

    .Your main mission will be to enhance MIMS websites and related internal applications to improve the user experience and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of our users.

    .You will analyse the business needs, define the necessary changes in applications, and assure the final product quality, while collaborating with IT and QC team.

    .This will be a great opportunity to expand your experience in the areas of CRM, SEO, digital products, and management of complex but important projects.

    Other responsibilities:

    .Understand the digital platform strategy and operation needs, and study existing system features to define necessary changes in applications.

    .Design detail application logics, data values, and criteria for features as a feasible implementation plan while ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

    .Write functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing, using IT request system (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office tools.

    .Can create test cases and conducting User Acceptance Tests in test environments with help of QC team.

    .Monitor the application after go-live and serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues.

    .Assist Project Manager, effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

    .Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department.

    Requirements:

    .Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

    .Minimum 4-5 years of similar work experience, with experience of application development.

    .Open-minded, curious, and collaborative.

    .Strong problem solving and analytics skills

    .Able to work with minimal supervision

    .Fluent in English (spoken and written)

    .Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server

    .Knowledge/Experience working in Agile practice

    .Experience using JIRA and Confluence

    .Experience in constructing test cases for UAT

    .Experience in website development for external users

    .Technical SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics)
