    Description

    As a Regional Customer Experience Manager, your key primary role would be to lead all commercial aspects of integration between Singapore to Malaysia as PPG Industrial transfers the business between these 2 countries. You will also be the pillar for both the customer service and internal sales team. Whilst managing a team of 6, you will be reporting to the General Manager SEA South and indirect line reporting to Consumer Segment Director, ROA. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer service team to ensure all work are properly handled in a timely manner.
  • Manage the overall commercial and business integration and being a key member of the working committee
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Provide resolutions on matters that are escalated to ensure that it is resolved
  • Review on process and identify potential work stoppage
  • Maintain and build good working relationship with customers
  • Follow up on sales enquires and provide sales quotation
  • Handle complaints and work with the relevant departments to resolve or provide solution on the complaints
  • Liaise with call ins on new business opportunities.
  • Develop profitable business with new and existing customers
  • Export Control Compliance management - identify potential export control compliance (ECC) violations
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related field – Coatings Industry in particular Industrial Coatings
  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Team management experience is an advantage
  • Must have past customer service experience
