- Support to prepare the monthly and yearly financial analysis reports such as Sales, Price effect, Gross Margin and SGA compared to previous year and budget for Southeast Asia countries and consolidation.
- Support to prepare Quarterly forecast and Annual budget for Southeast Asia countries and consolidation.
- Consolidation on Southeast Asia KPIs.
- Industrial controlling computation of PRI and cost variance reports.
- PDB Management of Southeast Asia.
- Support on costing analysis and Inventory analysis.
- Prepare Capex budget and regular follow up on that for Southeast Asia countries.
- Monthly basis support industrial teams for Financial KPI.
- KYBP process for all the Southeast Asia countries.
- Beneficiaries approval in the banking portal for Southeast Asia countries.
- CSR KPI consolidation.
- Work closely with the Shared Service accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the different Projects in Southeast Asia countries, if needed.
- Any other duties as and when required.
- Graduates in Finance & Accounting with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge on VBA, data analysis on big volume of data
- Possess strong sense of internal control and business
- High attention to details, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly with conclusions.
- Adaptable to various work situations, Ability to work well with others across all levels of management and geographies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office
